From a Classmate
By Katie(Willette)DrinkwaterAlthough I haven't talked to Travis since we graduated the news of his death truly hit home. At our age a person thinks they will live forever and when a friend/classmate passes away it proves that we have to live each day to the fullest because it may be our last.
My last name being Willette and his being Weston we had a chance to be together a lot in junior high (they tend to do a lot in ABC order). And our lockers were next to eachother in high school. We also had some classes together. We weren't close like a lot of the people who will write but, he was somebody who I will never forget. He had a way of making a person smile when they didn't think they wanted to.
My first memory of Travis is in junior high at an assembly. I don't remember what it was about-all I remember is Travis telling the group of us sitting there that his mom was going to have a baby. He was pretty excited about it. I want to send my condolences to his family. He was such a great person------
