I heard about Travis through my cousin's girlfriend, not from my cousin. My
cousin, Anthony Blackman, does serve in the Navy and so does his girlfriend.
I don't really know what to say, I mean what can I say about someone I never got to
meet. From what I have read on the website it seems that he was a really great
person and I wish that I could have gotten a chance to meet this great
guy. I don't know what I could offer you except for my most humble condolence
and a prayer for you and your family and also for Travis's spirit.
The only reason I sent my condolence was because I don't know how it feels to lose a son or
daughter or a mother or father but I do know what it feels like to be with
someone that has lost someone dear to them. And from what has happened to
them in the past I know now that some words of comfort can go a long way.
Just to let you know Im only 16 and I just thought that it would be a good
idea to offer my condolences to the parents.
